I’m a registered nurse specializing in Botox injectable conveniently located inside of Golds Gym Middletown. I have been a group fitness instructor with Golds Gym since 2014 and a nationally qualified bikini competitor. I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are not refundable for no shows or cancellations after the appointment is booked.
The deposit can be applied to the next service. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will require a new deposit to reschedule.
A deposit is required for a consultation which can be applied towards a service. It is not refundable once the appointment has been scheduled
